The Volkswagen Beetle is surely one of the most important cars in history.
Built in its millions with very few modifications, in 1970 it finally received a modern indipendent front suspension and was named 1302. In 1972 the new 1303 at last got a curved windscreen. The Cabriolet version was produced until 1980.
By the mid-‘70s the Beetle was technically obsolete, but its quality and finish was such that, despite its humbe origins, it had become almost a luxury car.
The car we have here today has been expertly restored to as new condition and will be difficult to reproduce.
The vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition but for safety reasons, we advise the purchaser to have it checked over and to replace the fluids, filters and perishable elements.
