Francesco Vitelleschi- Nobili, was born in Rome June the 22sd,1829.

Marquis and Senator of the Kingdom (category 21a) in February 1872, he held the office of President of the Institute from 1902 to 1906, the year of his death (April the 4th, in Rome). It comes from an ancient Roman patrician family.

In 1746 the noble family joined the Vitelleschi family.
